Terms of use for images from Out of the Sky Photography
Images purchased from Out of the Sky Photography may be used by the purchaser for marketing, advertisement, personal use, etc. and may also be utilized on the purchaser’s personal or business website.
Images purchased from Out of the Sky Photography may be used by news organizations for official news purposes as long as credit is given to Out of the Sky Photography.
The only two conditions to the above stated uses are:
The purchaser may not use the image for the direct generation of income, e.g., the purchaser may not sell copies of the image.
The purchaser may not claim to have created the purchased image, e.g., the user may not enter the image in any contest or photographic competition.
